• Currently being sued?  Generally, if you are a defendant and have not reviewed the video "What Every Defendant Should Know About ADA Accessibility Lawsuits" we would most likely end up telling you what is already on the video.  We produced the video because we think it is the best information currently available for defendants in ADA Accessibility Lawsuits and considered it the most cost-effective way to quickly get that information to defendants as quickly as possible.

• Want to Avoid Being Sued? If you are not currently a defendant, but are concerned about how to avoid ADA accessibility lawsuits, we would expect you to review "How to Avoid an ADA Accessibility Lawsuit" before contacting us.
